Our Attorneys
After playing two years of baseball at Young Harris College in Young Harris, Georgia, JC continued his baseball career at Western Carolina University where he was elected captain of the baseball team his senior year. After graduating cum laude from Western Carolina University in 2009, JC continued his education at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. After graduating from law school, JC began his career at a firm where he represented insurance companies in workers’ compensation claims. He worked at the same firm for nearly decade and was a partner at the firm before starting Lyons Law Firm. JC has been admitted to the Georgia bar since 2013.
At home, JC is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children. He enjoys playing golf, fly fishing and cheering on his hometown Atlanta Braves.
